Our company is looking for a Dispatcher to support our growing operations across Northern BC & AB. The ideal candidate can manage calls, coordinate crews, and relay information accurately. Experience dispatching and organizing hotshots, pilot trucks, cranes, etc. is a must. We value teamwork, respect, and a positive work culture.

Requirements:

- Dispatch and/or rental experience- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Class 5 license
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety; must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Team-oriented mindset

Location: Fort St. John, BC (in-person)
Experience: 1+ year dispatching preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
