About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the sales journey from initial inquiry through to signed agreement.

You’ll meet with business owners, understand where they want to take their business, identify the opportunities in front of them, and present strategic marketing solutions that help them achieve their growth goals.

This is a consultative sales role built on trust, business strategy, and delivering real value. Success comes from understanding the client’s objectives, earning their confidence, and helping them make the right decision for their business.

As GrowME continues to expand, this role offers significant long-term opportunity for someone who consistently delivers results and wants to play an important part in the future growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to qualified inbound opportunities
- Conduct Growth Consultations with business owners
- Understand each client’s business, goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Present tailored Growth Plans and proposals
- Build trust through strategic, consultative conversations
- Negotiate agreements and confidently close new business
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process




- Keep your pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Work closely with our leadership and delivery teams to create an exceptional client experience

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.
