Duties

- Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards, maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and change giving, ensuring proper cash register procedures
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service at the counter, addressing guest questions and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food handling tasks such as assembling orders, packaging meals, and managing inventory levels




- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities efficiently and demonstrating excellent time management skills

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
