Available Positions

We are currently hiring two Track & Trace Coordinators.

Day Shift

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
4 Days On / 4 Days Off
(Includes one-hour lunch)

Night Shift

8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
4 Days On / 4 Days Off
(Includes one-hour lunch)

What You will Do

As a Track & Trace Coordinator, you'll play an important role in ensuring freight moves safely and on time.

Your responsibilities include:

- Monitoring shipments from pickup through delivery
- Communicating with customers, drivers and carriers
- Proactively identifying and resolving shipment delays
- Updating shipment information within our transportation systems
- Coordinating with dispatch and operations teams
- Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service while solving transportation challenges

Experience

The following are considered assets but are not required:

- Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch or customer service
- Knowledge of Canada, USA and Mexico geography
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience using transportation software or GPS systems
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
