Cashier / Kitchen Crew Member

We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated team members to join our restaurant team for both front-of-house and kitchen positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and are interested in developing skills across multiple areas of restaurant operations. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, flexible, and capable of becoming multi-skilled team members who can confidently work both at the register and in the kitchen.

We are especially hiring for:

- Weekend shifts (priority hiring)
- Afternoon and night shifts during the week

Please note that applicants with previous restaurant experience will be prioritized, especially candidates with prior experience at A&W;.

For night shifts, priority will be given to candidates who have reliable transportation after late shifts.

What You’ll Do

- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Prepare fresh food orders, cook menu items, and assemble meals in the kitchen
- Maintain food quality standards and follow recipes precisely
- Keep kitchen equipment clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- Clean and sanitize all work areas (front counter and kitchen)
- Support the team during busy hours and help ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Learn and master both cashier and kitchen responsibilities

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
- Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred
- A&W; experience is considered a major asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
