​Role Overview

We are looking for a HVAC Service Technician who is a true self-starter. You’ll be the face of our service department, handling high-pressure situations with a positive attitude. You should be comfortable with self-diagnosis and troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment in various environments.

​Key Responsibilities

​Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair rooftop units, central ACs, residential furnaces, boilers, and hot water heaters.

​Technical Problem Solving: Use robust diagnostic skills to resolve mechanical issues independently and efficiently.

​Field Work: Work comfortably in various environments, including attics, rooftops, and crawlspaces.

​Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier communication and service to our local clients.

​Safety & Reliability:



Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean driving record.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Certification: 313D Refrigeration License (and related assets) and a valid ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) card.

​Gas Ticket: Gas Fitter G2 License is a strong asset.

​Safety: WHMIS Certification is required; a Working at Heights certificate is a major asset.

​Experience: Proven experience with service and installation of furnaces, boilers, and AC units.

​Physical Capability: Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physically demanding work.

​Driving: Valid Ontario G License with a clean driver’s abstract.

​Attributes: A positive "can-do" attitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
