Role Overview

The Oracle EBS Finance Leasing Domain Lead will be responsible for leading the functional design implementation enhancement and support of Oracle EBS Financials and Leasing business processes The role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules leasing lifecycle management accounting standards business process transformation stakeholder management and solution governance

The individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders finance teams leasing operations and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP initiatives and ongoing support services

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Financials Leadership

Lead solution design and governance across Oracle EBS Financials

oGeneral Ledger GL

oAccounts Payable AP

oAccounts Receivable AR

oCash Management CM

oFixed Assets FA

oEBusiness Tax EBTax

oSubledger Accounting SLA

Support monthend quarterend and yearend financial close processes and recommend improvements in lease accounting AP AR and financial close processes

Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting across lease portfolios

Leasing Domain Leadership

Act as SME for lease lifecycle management

oLease Origination

oContract Administration

oBilling and Invoicing

oCollections

oLease Amendments

oRenewals and Terminations

oAsset Remarketing and Disposal

Lead Oracle Lease Management OLM configuration and process optimization

Support lease accounting requirements under

oASC 842

oIFRS 16 for multinational operations

Ensure proper lease classification amortization schedules and accounting treatment

Compliance Controls

Ensure compliance with

oUS GAAP

oASC 842

oSOX Controls

oInternal Audit Requirements

Partner with external and internal auditors during financial audits

Maintain strong application controls and financial governance processes

Stakeholder Management

Engage with Finance Controllers Accounting Teams Leasing Operations and Business Leadership

Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions

Provide executivelevel status reporting and risk management

Required Qualifications





Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related discipline

CPA CMA MBA Finance or equivalent preferred

1218 years of overall ERP experience

8 years of Oracle EBS Financials experience

5 years of LeasingLease Accounting domain experience

Experience supporting USbased finance and accounting organizations

Multiple Oracle EBS implementation or transformation project experience

Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial controls

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
