We are looking for hosts and hostesses to join our team at Silvertip Resort, located in Canmore, Alberta. A successful candidate is required to work as per the company values: Caring, Integrity, Excellence, and Team Spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing culinary experience to our guests and residents as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
- Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintaining professionalism and kindness towards guests at all times
- Be skilled with problem solving and anticipating the needs of guests
- Providing solutions to the guest's complaints or issues or escort them to the supervisor or manager
- Helping in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
- Leading our front door to ensure prompt,



friendly greeting and seating of each guest
- Be a part of welcoming and training recent team members
- Working as a team player with other departments to provide a great experience to the guests

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
- Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Able to lift, push or pull up to 40lbs
