Job Description:

Position Summary

The Armored Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling and disassembling armored and specialty vehicles in accordance with engineering specifications and production requirements. This role supports the manufacturing process by installing ballistic components, structural reinforcements, and related systems while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Shifts: 7:00am - 4:30pm - Day Shift

4:30pm - 2:00 am - Evening Shift

Responsibilities

- Assemble and disassemble armored vehicle components according to specifications, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Install and remove armored panels, ballistic glass, structural reinforcements, doors, hardware, and related components (lifting up to 20 kg)
- Safely operate electric, pneumatic, and manual tools required for manufacturing
- Install insulation, ballistic materials, and protective components using proper techniques and required PPE
- Apply sealants and protective materials to assembled sections as required
- Inspect completed work to ensure structural integrity and compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive assembly, metal fabrication, or a related industry preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience using hand tools,



power tools, and pneumatic tools
- Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods
