What You’ll Do

As a Solar Installer, you’ll work with our installation crew to build residential and commercial solar systems throughout Nova Scotia.

This is a physically active, team-oriented role that involves working outdoors, traveling to project sites, and learning specialized solar installation techniques.

Responsibilities Include:





- Installing roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar systems
- Assisting with racking, panel installation, wiring, and system setup
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials at job sites
- Working safely at heights and following all company safety procedures
- Using hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Supporting the crew and Construction Lead throughout installations
- Representing Sunly professionally at customer properties

What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
- Construction, roofing, electrical, or solar experience considered an asset
- Working at Heights, Fall Protection, First Aid, or CPR certifications considered an asset
- Safety boots required

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
