Cafe Amore is a family owned, fast paced Italian restaurant. We are looking for a qualified Line Cook to join our team.

We would like to hire someone with an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset. We are also looking for someone with a positive attitude that works well within a team setting.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion with great attention to detail
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
