Position Overview

Ant Rentals Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Rental Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. This is a hybrid role combining both inside and outside sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior outside sales representatives, actively engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities, and contribute to expanding our customer base while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior outside sales representatives in managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate current leads and rental opportunities
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and existing quotes to convert leads into sales
- Support both inside and outside sales functions, including preparing quotes, contracts, and rental agreements
- Visit client job sites with senior sales team members to understand customer needs and provide solutions




- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of equipment
- Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with cold calling and client-facing activities
- Valid driver’s license
