Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part time Sales Assistant to join our energetic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our products through demonstrations, and create a memorable shopping experience. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of various merchandise
- Upsell complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and receipts




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support store organization through inventory management, stock replenishment, and cleanliness

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and sales calculations
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining professionalism
