Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Shipper / Receiver to join our warehouse team in Thornton, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping and receiving experience, with mandatory Clamp Forklift operating experience. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is safety-conscious, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available Shifts

Candidates must be flexible to work any of the following shifts based on business needs:

- Continental Days: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Day Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Day Shift 2: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Continental Nights: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately.
- Operate a Clamp Forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely.




- Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Shipper/Receiver is required.
- Clamp forklift experience is mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience with shipping/receiving documentation and inventory control.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
