Position Overview
We're looking for some stellar line cooks to join our growing team! Banded Goose Brewery offers a unique work environment that's busy, but flexible, fun, and rewarding. We're looking to fill part-time positions for afternoon, evening (not later than 12am) and weekend shifts. Candidate would ideally have the ability to work independently where required. Kitchen experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

The Role
Full time candidates must be available for 30-40 hours/week, part-time 15-25 hours/week. Job duties include, but aren't limited to:

- Preparing, executing and plating menu items to brewery standard (as trained)
- Adhere to safe food handling practices and safety regulations including sanitation practices
- Food safety certification is an asset
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
- Perform opening and closing duties daily, following a checklist diligently




- Precise and thorough execution of menu standards with attention to detail
- Consistent and effective communication
- Adhering to back of house policies and procedures
- Receiving and putting away delivery orders, cross checking
