Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with, framing, window and door installation and operating hand and power tools. This position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, utilizing both carpentry expertise and heavy equipment operation to deliver high-quality results.
Duties

- Construct, install, and repair structures using wood, concrete, and other materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with restoration projects including window / door replacement and structural repairs
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work workplace
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standardsExperience
- Proven experience in carpentry or construction work with knowledge of woodworking
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various construction projects
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as arial lifts or telehandlers is preferred but not required
- Experience with finish carpentry is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods
