Field Operations Associate to help keep our homes operating at the highest standard.

This isn't a desk job.

You'll spend your days visiting beautiful properties, solving problems, helping prepare homes for arriving guests, performing quality inspections, and ensuring every property is guest-ready. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and taking pride in doing quality work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but responsibilities include:

- Perform quality inspections of properties to ensure they meet KYAN standards
- Deliver supplies, linens, amenities, and small appliances between properties
- Complete basic property maintenance including:
- Changing light bulbs
- Replacing batteries
- Tightening loose hardware
- Minor troubleshooting
- Respond to same-day operational requests from our office team
- Identify and report maintenance issues or property damage
- Help prepare homes for arriving guests
- Maintain organized inventory and company equipment
- Travel throughout Calgary between multiple properties each day
- Occasionally assist guests with simple requests or property access

Experience in hospitality or property management is great—but not required. We value attitude, reliability, and work ethic above everything else.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:

- Short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, Hostaway, etc.)
- Hospitality
- Property maintenance
- Handyman work
- Deliveries or logistics
- Customer service
- Field operations

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Smartphone with data plan




- Comfortable driving between multiple properties daily
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

- Do you have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle?
- Are you comfortable performing hands-on tasks such as carrying supplies, restocking, light maintenance (changing a light bulb, fixing a loose handle), and basic troubleshooting?
- This role requires regular travel between properties and entering units independently. Are you able to work independently and manage your time effectively?
- Are you available for flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends if guest needs arise?
- Do you have previous experience in any of the following areas? Hospitality or • Hospitality or AIRBNB/STR operations

• Property maintenance or handyman tasks
• Customer service or guest support
• Logistics, deliveries, or field operations
• None of the above (experience not required)

- Are you comfortable communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner when dropping off items or resolving property issues?
- This role requires efficiency and the ability to respond to tasks quickly (e.g., restocking items, addressing guest requests). Are you able to reliably fulfill same-day tasks when needed?
- Do you own a smartphone and are you comfortable using apps for task tracking, messaging, and taking photos when needed?
