About the Role

As a Field Marketing Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in helping grow and lead our canvassing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll:

- Work directly in the field with your team
- Generate appointments and leads
- Help coach and motivate junior canvassers
- Support new hire development and training
- Lead by example through performance and attitude
- Help build a winning, high-energy culture

This role offers a clear path toward senior leadership and in-home sales opportunities within the company.

✅ Canvassing targeted neighborhoods and generating leads
✅ Setting appointments for our Product Specialists
✅ Assisting with onboarding and mentoring recent team members
✅ Supporting daily team motivation and performance
✅ Helping maintain high standards in the field

Experience

- Door-to-door or canvassing experience required
- Sales experience considered a strong asset
- Leadership or team lead experience is an asset
