Crew Member – Job Duties

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Prepare burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads, and other menu items according to Guac Mexi Grill recipes and portion standards.
- Prepare and replenish fresh ingredients such as vegetables, meats, rice, beans, sauces, and toppings throughout the shift.
- Assemble customer orders quickly and accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery platforms.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper food storage, temperature monitoring, and personal hygiene practices.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, dining area, washrooms, and service counters.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and food preparation tools.
- Restock food, beverages,



packaging materials, and other restaurant supplies as needed.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and organizing stock in storage and walk-in cooler/freezer.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor customer concerns courteously, referring complex issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including preparing workstations, cleaning equipment, and securing the restaurant.
- Comply with workplace health and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to support daily operations.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
