We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior/Exterior Painter to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools.
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately interpret project specifications and ensure precise application.
- Perform restoration work on historic or damaged structures by matching existing finishes and techniques.
- Use rigging and scaffolding safely when working at heights or on large exterior surfaces.
- Execute caulking and sealing tasks to create smooth transitions and prevent water intrusion.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications





- Previous painting experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Experienced painters should be comfortable with interior and exterior painting, preparation work, rolling, brushing, cutting, sanding, patching, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to follow instructions.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Must be physically able to perform painting duties, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting painting materials and equipment.
- Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working in customers’ homes and businesses.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay will vary depending on painting experience, skill level, reliability, and overall performance.
