Anne & Arthur, petite entreprise de services pour animaux, cherche à ajouter à son équipe un(e) promeneur(se) de chiens. Fondée en 2016, Anne & Arthur offre un service hors pair aux propriétaires de chiens, chats et petits animaux domestiques partout en Outaouais.

Sous la supervision de la coordonation des services, le(a) promeneur(se) de chiens a pour responsabilité de se déplacer chez le client pour offrir le service, de promener 1-5 chiens simultanément de façon sécuritaire et de faire rapport au client de la promenade par écrit et/ou verbalement. D'autres tâches connexes comme la photographie, la manipulation, l'alimentation et le nettoyage des animaux peuvent aussi faire partie des services rendus par le(a) promeneur(se) de chiens.

Éducation et expérience:

- Expérience pertinente en tant que promeneur(se) de chiens.

OU

- Diplôme d'études en soin animalier, éducation canine, assistant(e) vétérinaire ou tout autre formation en lien avec le domaine canin.

OU

- Toute combinaison d'expérience et de formation jugée satisfaisante.

Aptitudes requises:

- Promenade de chiens – Individuelle ou multi-chiens en laisse.
- Connaissance du langage corporel canin et gestion des interactions.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement des situations de promenade en laisse.
- Habileté à communiquer efficacement avec l'équipe et la clientèle à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Service à la clientèle impeccable
- Bilinguisme anglais/français

Nous offrons:

- Un environnement de travail sain, respectueux et stimulant au sein d'une équipe hors pair
- Permanent temps partiel 15-25hr/semaine
- Horaire 5 jours en semaine (lundi à vendredi)
- Salaire compétitif: 20.00$-23.00$/hr selon commission

Anne & Arthur, small pet care services business, is looking to add a Dog Walker to its team. Founded in 2016, Anne & Arthur offers quality services to dog, cat and small animal owners all over the Outaouais.

Under the supervision of the Services Coordinator, the Dog Walker is responsible for driving to the client location to deliver services, to safely walk 1-5 dogs simultaneously and to make report to the client of the walk in writing and/or verbally. Other related tasks such as photographing, handling, feeding and cleaning the dogs may be part of the service offered by the dog walker.

Education and experience:

- Relevant experience as a dog walker.

OR

- Diploma in animal care, dog training, veterinary assistant or any related field of studies.

OR

- Any combination of education and experience considered satisfactory.

Required skills:

- Dog walking – Individual or multiple dogs on-leash.
- Knowledge in canine body language and interactions management.
- Ability in managing on-leash walk situations.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with the team and clients orally or in writing
- Impeccable customer service
- French /English bilingualism
