Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring product quality and maintaining high standards across all production processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality management, perform rigorous inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The QA Technician will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, documenting data, and supporting quality assurance and control activities to uphold our company's commitment to excellence. Potential for advancement into a QA Management role within 1-2 years.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) and QA/QC procedures.
- Collect, document, and report data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests,



and quality documentation for audit purposes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on process improvements and quality enhancements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in quality inspection, quality control, or QA/QC within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong ability to read/interpret GD&T;, blueprints and drawings.
- Strong ability to utilize precision measurement tools including verniers, mics, calipers, gauges.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001 standards or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure exact documentation and reporting.
- Ability to use MS Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) to input data and generate inspection reports.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in quality inspection or management is a plus.

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
