Flexible availability is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who has availability during both weekdays and evenings. Candidates with open or flexible schedules will be given priority, as shifts vary based on business needs.

What You'll Do

- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
- Help guests choose the best tanning packages, memberships, retail products, and services.
- Answer questions about our services with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, check clients in and out, and maintain accurate client accounts.
- Respond to phone calls and client inquiries.
- Keep the salon spotless by cleaning tanning equipment, rooms, and common areas throughout the day.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cash handling and key holder responsibilities.
- Work independently while staying productive during busy and quiet periods.
- Capture photos and short videos around the salon for social media.
- Help create Instagram Stories, Reels,



and other behind-the-scenes content that showcases our brand.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Loves providing exceptional customer service.
- Is friendly, confident, and enjoys talking with people.
- Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
- Takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
- Is comfortable being on camera and creating social media content.
- Has experience with Instagram or TikTok (preferred).
- Has previous retail or sales experience (an asset, but not required).

This is a part-time position.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one shift per week guaranteed
- Opportunity for up to three shifts per week, depending on availability and business needs
- A mix of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts may be available
