About The Role

As a Sales Associate & Wellness Advisor, you will play a key role in educating customers, building relationships, and helping individuals find the right wellness solutions for their homes and lifestyles.





You'll work with both online and showroom customers while generating new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts and relationship building.

This position combines customer service, consultative selling, product education, and business development.

Weekend availability is required, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

- Educate customers on massage chairs, saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, and other wellness products
- Assist walk-in customers in our showroom
- Respond to phone, email, chat, and online inquiries
- Build relationships and guide customers through the purchasing process
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment
- Follow up with leads and previous customers
- Conduct outbound sales calls and business development activities
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences before and after the sale

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Passion for health, wellness,



and helping people
- Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and math skills
- Bilingual candidates are considered an asset

Earning Potential

Top-performing team members have the opportunity to earn between $150,000 and $200,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and performance incentives.
