Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Construction Field Managers to lead and oversee construction projects in office. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role involves coordinating daily operations, supervising teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope. Candidates should have a solid background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret detailed blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards and client expectations
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for planning, documentation,



and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records of progress, change orders, and daily reports

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or supervising construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Ability to read detailed blueprints and schematics effectively
- Experience with budgeting, construction estimating, and project scheduling
- Excellent leadership skills with supervisory experience leading diverse teams on-site
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are a plus

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
