We are seeking a reliable maintenance worker.

The role requires general building maintenance, upkeep and minor repairs.

The role is perfect for someone who is reliable, comfortable working independently and is safety focused.

Role is in Thunder Bay Key responsibilities: - Perform general building maintenance ( basic plumbing, electrical, doors, drywall, flooring) - Respond to requests in tenants units - Knows how to paint patch - Maintain cleanliness and organization - Coordinate with office staff - Respond to emergency requests Qualifications: - Previous maintenance experience (1 year) - Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical - Attention to detail - Must able able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Pay: $20-$35 (depending on experience)
