We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Flood Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring and rebuilding various structures and items affected by damage, ensuring they meet quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, proficiency with both power and hand tools, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Duties
- WRT (Water Restoration Tech.) Certified IICRC AND experience in the field.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform diligent and accurate paperwork.
- Must be bondable.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License, good Drivers Abstract and criminal record check.
- Knowledge of moisture mapping and readings following IICRC requirements
- Ability to follow directions and instructions easily.
- Exceptional communication skills with management,
co-workers, and customers
- Availability for overtime & on-call hours in a rotation setting.
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team and possess excellent leadership skills as well as handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document progress on restoration projects and report any issues or concerns to management.
