Candidates must be bilingual (French and English) to be considered.
20-25 hrs per week including weekends and morning and afternoon/evenings.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate change accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
