The Pip Collective (Two Line Brands Inc.) is looking for a part-time logistics & shipping coordinator to join our small (but growing) team!
The Logistics and Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the shipping and receiving process for our Pip Collective brands - Pip + Phee, Baja Baby, Townsend Ave, and Swizz. They will be required to be in the office most week days to ship customers orders and receive inbound shipments. Flexibility is required. Hours will range from 12 to 25 a week, with more on sale/holiday weeks.
This is an office / warehouse position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Pick, pack & ship consumer and wholesale orders
- Verify shipments being received and sign off on deliveries
- Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (ie. bills of lading, commercial invoices, etc.)
- Unpack and organize incoming shipments into designated storage spaces in a timely manner
- Spot check/QA orders when shipping & receiving
- Label incoming & outgoing products and shipments as required
- Create and send invoices and packing slips for wholesale orders
- Maintain stockroom by organizing, cleaning & cataloging items
- Ensure all shipments are packed accurately and to the highest standards possible
- Maintain inventory levels of shipping materials (stickers, bags, tape, boxes, note cards, etc.)
- Inspect returned products & store/track/re-inventory as needed
- Any and all other duties and tasks as assigned

- Ability to maintain a cool head under pressure
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to efficiently use a computer and various tools linked to the systems such as printers, hand held scanners, etc.
- Possesses a strong sense of urgency when completing tasks
- Is flexible and adaptable to accepting new tasks and ways of working
- Previous shipping and receiving administrative experience is an asset
- Is an online shopper & knows the feeling of receiving a WELL PACKED delivery at your front door!!
- Flexibility to work different hours throughout the week/month/year as needed (ex. Black Friday, sale periods, large shipment deliveries, etc. will require more weekly hours)
