Production Manager - Aviation Maintenance

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee aircraft maintenance operations supporting regional and northern aviation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily aircraft maintenance production activities.

- Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to maximize aircraft availability.

- Supervise and support maintenance teams while promoting a strong safety culture.

- Coordinate with flight operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime.

- Ensure maintenance documentation and regulatory records are accurate and up to date.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Valid Transport Canada AME M1 or M2 licence is required.

- Strong experience in aviation maintenance and production management.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within an aircraft maintenance workplace.

- Sound knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs),



Safety Management Systems (SMS), and quality standards.

- Experience working in regional, northern, or remote operations is highly desirable.

- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
