Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Millwork Install Supervisor to lead our installation team in delivering high-quality millwork solutions across various projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee installation processes, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, you will coordinate with project managers, supply chain teams, and manufacturing personnel to ensure timely and efficient installation of custom millwork products. .

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities for millwork projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Lead on-site installation teams, providing clear direction, training, and support to optimize performance and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop installation schedules that align with overall project timelines and resource availability.
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the installation process, addressing issues promptly to maintain high craftsmanship standards.
- Manage inventory levels of tools by working closely with supply chain teams, utilizing ERP systems such as SAP or MRP modules for accurate tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies,



and industry best practices during all phases of installation.
- Facilitate communication between manufacturing, logistics, and field teams to streamline workflows and resolve any logistical challenges related to supply chain or assembly processes.

Experience

- Proven experience supervising millwork or cabinetry installation teams in a manufacturing or construction workplace.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or other enterprise resource planning tools;
- Experience working within a supply chain framework, coordinating logistics and inventory management for large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments including manufacturing, logistics, and project management.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
