We are looking for an experinced Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must:

- Help with recalls, billing, insurance, breakdowns and the overall management of the schedule.
- Someone with strong skills like multi tasking, communication, problem solving.
- A people person and very out spoken.
- A team player, friendly attitude and rapid learner
- With solid computer and pleasant phone skills
- Experience in AbleDent software is a definite advantage, with training available prior to starting
- Must have previous experience in Dental/Medical environment

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25- 45 hours per week

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:





- 8 hour shifts on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays are needed. The days are flexible.

Languages Required: Portuguese and English
