Surrey HVAC Supply Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in warehouse distribution and ERP systems is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation: Competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Accurately maintain customer records and sales activities using ERP and CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.




- Collaborate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, pricing, and inventory.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (required).
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse distribution experience (required).
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience (required).
- Minimum 1 year of professional telephone customer service experience (required).
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, and upselling is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
