Responsibilities

- Implement, and oversee comprehensive health and safety policies tailored construction environments.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Coordinate training sessions on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and regulatory compliance for all team members.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and records in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.




- Collaborate with management to promote a safety-first culture through ongoing communication and engagement initiatives.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to occupational health and safety standards.

Skills

- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of industry-specific safety challenges.
- Excellent training & development skills to educate teams on safety procedures effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Exceptional communication abilities to clearly convey safety policies and foster a culture of compliance.
- Ability to lead safety initiatives independently while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards or equivalent.
