Job Summary

We are recruiting for a permanent, full-time Truck & Trailer Maintenance Mechanic in Alliston, ON. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on mechanical professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working on a wide range of trucks, trailers, forklifts, tractors, cranes, shop equipment, and facility systems.

This role is ideal for someone with solid mechanical aptitude and 3 to 5 years of practical maintenance or repair experience in transportation, material handling, agriculture, heavy equipment, or a related environment. A 310T License is not required. You will join a stable, growing operation that values teamwork, safe work practices, and dependable maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, trailers, forklifts, tractors, cranes, and related equipment.




- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to identify repair needs and reduce equipment downtime.
- Repair or replace components such as brakes, suspension, bearings, lighting, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical parts.
- Support preventative maintenance programs for fleet vehicles, shop equipment, facility machinery, and material handling equipment.
- Assist with mechanical assembly, preparation, and repair of tractors and related equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and keep the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
