In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support the smooth operation of our worksites. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in every project. Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work zones
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, and assisting with tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to promote safety and productivity
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or power tools (if certified)
- Help with demolition, excavation,



or landscaping tasks as needed to support project timelines

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Have own PPE such as steel toed CSA approved boots.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn safety standards on-site
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Certification in first aid or safety training is an advantage but not required

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
