Job Summary

We are seeking two dedicated and skilled people to join our team! We are offering a position for an experienced carpenter & an apprentice or laborer. In these vital roles, you will be responsible for executing a variety of building and renovation projects with precision and efficiency. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures such as walls, siding, concrete forms, and frameworks using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with other scopes of work where additional help is required
- Assist with woodworking projects, including framing and custom carpentry tasks
- New home construction, renovations, ICF construction, Siding, windows & doors
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices




- Follow safety protocols during all phases of construction work to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of building processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration procedures
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or excavators is preferred
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or working at heights
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully

Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
