We're a growing auto & home insurance book of business looking for someone who can wear two hats: content creator and sales rep. You'll be on camera regularly — shooting and appearing in short-form video content for our social channels — while also working the phones and in-person to close new policies.

This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable in front of a camera, has a sales instinct, and wants a role that isn't just sitting behind a desk.

What You'll Do

Marketing / Content

- Shoot, record, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok-style) for our Instagram
- Appear on camera as a presenter/host for some content
- Help brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and formats around auto & home insurance
- Keep a consistent posting rhythm and track what's performing

Sales

- Follow up on leads and quote requests
- Sell auto and home insurance policies to new clients
- Build relationships with clients for renewals and referrals




- Support renewal calls and help reduce cancellations

Who You Are

- Comfortable being on camera and speaking naturally (teleprompter experience a plus)
- Basic video shooting/editing skills (phone-shot content is fine — CapCut/Premiere/similar)
- Confident on the phone and in sales conversations; not afraid of cold outreach
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with a role that mixes creative + sale/RIBO license (or willingness to get licensed) is a plus but not required to start
