Canadian Executive Search is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Guelph. This role plays a key part in supporting production by ensuring materials and components are accurately moved, staged, and supplied to the production floor.

Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $22.98/hour + Shift Premium on Nights
Shift: Straight Days or Nights

Responsibilities

- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility

- Supply production lines with parts and components as required

- Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

- Perform basic inventory checks and material tracking

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

- Previous experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts (required)

- MUST have valid, 3rd-party forklift license

- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks





- Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Steel-toed safety boots required
