Fresh Market Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Order Desk Clerk (65102) to process orders efficiently, assist customers, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have robust organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
Accurately shop for customer orders, create AWBs, weigh boxes, and ensure proper documentation.

Process order payments using various methods, including charge accounts, EMT, and credit cards.

Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Address complaints or concerns effectively while maintaining a positive experience.

Ensure applicable Nutrition North subsidies are correctly applied to eligible purchases.

Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and assigned administrative tasks.

Collaborate with other departments to support workflow and improve processes.

Assist in onboarding and training new team members as required.

Follow company policies, safety protocols, and maintain customer confidentiality.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including email, data entry, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Ability to handle cash transactions and payment processing accurately.

Must be reliable and flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
