Growth Manager

Location: Calgary, AB, in-person

Employment Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Growth Manager to work closely with leadership and support the day-to-day execution of a quick-moving business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep things moving across content, client coordination, internal operations, and business development support. You’ll be the right hand in the room — helping turn strategy into action, keeping projects on track, and making sure opportunities are followed up properly.

What you'll do

- Coordinate daily operations across content, marketing, and client projects.
- Manage calendars, task lists, deadlines, and internal follow-ups.
- Support content workflows across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and podcast.
- Coordinate with remote team members and external vendors.
- Track leads, follow up on enquiries, and support the sales process.
- Help prepare proposals, briefing notes, and client communications.
- Improve systems, SOPs, and reporting processes.
- Support networking,



events, and partnership follow-ups when needed.

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in operations, marketing coordination, business development, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRMs, Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, and similar tools.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experience in agency, startup, media, or consulting environments is an asset.
- Calgary-based and available to work in person.

Compensation

- Contract role
- Compensation based on experience and scope
