Oldman River Brewing is a Brewery and Restaurant with a fast-paced kitchen. We can accommodate up to 150 guests and have a great work environment located in Ludbreck, Alberta, where the prairies meet the Mountains.

We are looking for anyone able to work in a fast paced environment and looking for staff that works with attention to detail.

The Line cooks responsibilities and job descriptions are to have knowledge and experience to run the line in a fast- paced environment. Prepare meals, keep a clean kitchen and work area, clean dishes as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. Experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a protected and sanitary manner, adhering to health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.




- Assist in the inventory management of food supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Participate in daily prep work, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
- Follow proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
