What You Need to Know

Location: Unit 311, 11501 Buffalo Run Blvd, Tssutina,Alberta.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Assist in restocking supplies and organizing the counter area for efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Prior experience in cashiering or serving roles is desirable but not mandatory
