Experience Required: 10 – 15 years in Senior Project Delivery Manager strong exposure across 2–3 SAP modules
(FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.).

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead complex SAP and IT transformation
programs for our clients. This is a direct employment opportunity, we are not seeking contract or third-party resources
at this time. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP delivery expertise, proven project management leadership, and
strong client-facing skills in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Leadership
 Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise technology projects across multiple functional and
technical domains.
 Oversee multi-module SAP teams (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and ensure seamless solution integration.
 Lead project governance, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and change control.
 Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks and industry best practices.
 Contribute thought leadership in SAP architecture, delivery methodology, and transformation planning.
Client & Stakeholder Management
 Act as the primary executive contact for clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
 Manage stakeholder expectations and conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and
project reporting.
 Identify opportunities for account growth and continued service excellence.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
 Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams, establishing a culture of high performance,



accountability, and
collaboration.
 Mentor project managers, team leads, and consultants to build internal delivery capability.
 Collaborate with sales, pursuit teams, and practice leadership in pre-sales activities and solution shaping.
Financial & Operational Management
 Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, margins, and resourcing.
 Track KPIs and delivery performance, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
 Manage third-party vendors and partner services as applicable.

Required Qualifications
 15+ years of IT experience, including extensive leadership in SAP project delivery.
 Strong understanding of multiple SAP modules and cross-functional integration points.
 Proven project management experience with successful delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream
programs.
 Consulting or professional services experience is required.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
 Ability to travel within Canada as required.
 Eligibility: Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
 Employment Type: Direct, full time employment only (no contractors, no third parties).
 PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAP certifications are a strong asset.
Preferred Skills
 Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
 Background in mid-size consulting organizations with multi-client delivery responsibilities.
 Strong problem-solving, leadership presence, and delivery excellence mindset.
 Experience managing hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery models.
