Duties

- Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, and general gardening tasks to maintain healthy landscapes
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency
- Help with landscape construction projects including soil preparation, edging, and planting beds
- Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify issues requiring attention or repair
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use




- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely

Skills

- Experience with excavators, hand tools, and power tools used in landscaping or construction environments
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticultural principles
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, pruning, and planting
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working with machinery and tools
- Prior construction or landscaping experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently
