Join the front desk team at our dual branded property - the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saskatoon East University and Staybridge Suites Saskatoon University. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests - welcoming arrivals, solving problems and helping each stay feel easy from check-in to checkout.

This role is a great fit for someone who is friendly, dependable and comfortable balancing guest service with a busy, fast-paced front desk.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests, complete check-ins and checkouts, issue room keys and respond to special requests.
- Answer questions and recommend hotel services, restaurants, attractions, events and transportation.
- Manage reservations,



room assignments and guest communications by phone, email and in person.
- Prepare guest bills, process payments and accurately balance cash and shift activity.
- Complete welcome and wake-up calls, keep the front desk organized and prepare for the next shift.
- Protect guest privacy, follow security procedures and promptly report concerns.
- Find thoughtful ways to personalize each stay and promote hotel amenities.

What You Bring

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, positive approach and the ability to stay calm when priorities shift.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling guest payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus knowledge of Saskatoon and local events.
- A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Previous hotel, front desk or property-management-system experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person.
