We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the planning of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

- Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment.




- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.85-$20.00 per hour
