We are currently seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for home care assignments in Hemmingford, Quebec, located approximately 1 hour from Montreal.

These assignments primarily involve client supervision, daily living assistance, and basic personal care, provided in accordance with established care plans.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients through ongoing supervision
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care needs
- Provide daily living support based on each client's individual needs
- Follow care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team

Requirements

- Valid PDSB (Secure Patient Handling) certification
- Valid CPR certification
- Law 90 training
- Diploma in Personal Assistance / Health Care Assistance (an asset)




- Must have access to a vehicle (assignment is located approximately 1 hour from Montreal)

Commute / Relocation

Hemmingford, QC: Must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before starting work. (Required)
