ECCO Heating Products is a manufacturer and a full-service wholesale distributor of HVAC supplies and equipment with sixteen sales branches located in centers across Western and Central Canada. For over 60 years, ECCO has enjoyed continual growth and achieved market leadership in HVAC.

POSITION SUMMARY - 3 Month Contract

The Marketing Coordinator is a multi-faceted corporate position and is intended to provide marketing support and assist with the implementation of marketing strategies. This role will communicate with customers, company divisions and the leadership team to create marketing communication strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with the VP of Marketing on the implementation of marketing strategies for all ECCO divisions and locations
- Monitor and maintain the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and providing regular updates to support effective budget management and planning.
- Oversee and support the Marketing Administrator in managing invoicing, internal approval workflows, co-op claim submissions, and reimbursement tracking.
- Assist VP of Marketing on the implementation of annual marketing calendar
- Collaborate with ECCO Supply and Manufacturing Managers to collect product and marketing information and ensure it is effectively shared with the Marketing team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist with updating catalogues, flyer designs, and creation of any marketing content as needed
- Present ideas to help promote the branch or campaign in new ways
- Gather, organize, and develop product, vendor, and sales information, ensuring key stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.




- Provide communication and collateral materials to support product rollouts to branches and to manage the recurring program and promotional activities
- Execute strategy for promoting and managing all products and marketing information pertaining to product categories in all locations
- Work with Marketing and Sales team to ensure proper messaging is communicated via presentation and promotion materials; collaborate on developing and deploying pitch ideas
- Drive market research efforts including but not limited to customer purchasing behaviour and channel feedback
- Assist with managing proactive and consistent communication pertaining to product categories
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

QUALIFICATIONS·

- Minimum 2 years of recent and related Marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience· Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including PivotTables and Power Query), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Previous experience in B2B, HVAC, manufacturing or related industry is an asset
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: $26.44-$31.25 per hour
