Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and safe horseback riding lessons tailored to individual skill levels and learning goals
- Demonstrate proper riding techniques, safety procedures, and horse handling skills to students
- Monitor rider progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe riding workplace by inspecting equipment, tack, and riding areas regularly
- Educate participants on horse care, grooming, and safety protocols to promote responsible horsemanship
- Assist with daily stable chores such as feeding, grooming, and tacking horses as needed




- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates riders to achieve their personal best

Requirements

- Proven experience in teaching horseback riding or similar equestrian instruction
- Strong knowledge of riding techniques, safety standards, and horse behavior management
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivate learners of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Basic swimming skills for safety awareness around water hazards or during water-related activities
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sharing the joy of riding and horsemanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate weights when necessary
- Certification in equestrian safety or first aid is a plus but not mandatory
